(1) According to the purchase agreement, within thirty days of the completion of the construction work, the related construction business shall submit the as-built map (as welt) to the local body.
(2) After the completion of a construction work and the expiry of the period of obligation to correct errors, the head of the local body shall inquire from the technical staff whether such construction work is in accordance with the approved drawing, design or specification and prepare a work completion report.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the technician who investigates whether the completed construction work is in accordance with the approved drawing, design or specification shall submit a report to the local body.
(4) The map as constructed as per sub-rule (1) and the work completed report submitted as per sub-rule (3) shall be submitted by the concerned local body to the bid approving officer and if the head of the local body and the bid approving officer are the same person, one level above him. It should be submitted to the above authority.
(5) If the officer under sub-rule (4) deems it necessary, he may conduct an inquiry on the matter mentioned in the completed report himself or conduct an inquiry through a technical staff or a team of technical staff.
(6) If it is found during the investigation according to sub-rule (5) that the completed construction work is in accordance with the approved drawing, design or specification, such officer shall approve such construction work. (7) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (6), if the investigation work is not completed as per sub-rule (5) within forty-five days from the date of submission of the work completed report as per sub-rule (4), such construction work shall be deemed to have been automatically approved.
(8) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this rule, the completion report submitted under sub-rule (3) in case of construction work up to ten lakh rupees, shall be examined by the authorized officer himself if he is a technician and by other technical staff if he is not a technician.J will be able to eat. If such construction work is found to be in accordance with the approved drawing, design or specification during such inspection or inspection, he shall approve the work completed report and inform the officer of one level above that the work has been completed.
(9) After the approval of the work completion report according to this rule, the local body shall issue a work completion certificate to the concerned builder.
